Q. I was a Passholder on the Little Monkeys Crochet site, and I am trying to reset my password on Yarn + Chai, but the email never comes?
A. A small handful of Passholder accounts did not transfer over to the new site (reason unknown). If you aren’t getting the password reset email, this is probably why. Contact me using the form below and I will get you set up ASAP!
Q. I am a Passholder, I am logged in, and I cannot access the Passholder Area?
A. When you click “Passholder Area” at the top of the page, after you’ve logged in, if you are still seeing the rejection message just hit the “refresh” button on your browser. That should do the trick!
Q. I am a Passholder. How do I save the PDFs to my computer?
A. In the Passholder Area, when you click an image, the PDF opens up in a new browser screen. To save it, go to your browser’s file menu and look for something like File > Save As or File > Save Page As. This will allow you to save the PDF to your computer.
Q. The coupon code for the free pattern is not working.
A. The code cannot be used on the All Access Pass, the Malia Shoulder Bag (because it is not yet a pattern, it is just a supply list), or the Malia Shoulder Bag + Bag Bonus Bundle (it has to be a single pattern). The code should work on any other single pattern purchases.
